The interview process consisted of a phone interview with Human Resources and an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. Interview consisted of pretty basic questions, i.e, tell me about yourself, what are your interests/hobbies?, tell me about your previous work experience, etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockton Companies (Houston, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Interview followed by exams for Word and Excel. After hired there are many opportunities to grow within any given department if one is interested in the insurance industry. Great company culture and an internship experience I am incredibly grateful to have had.
Completed one phone interview, and then an in person interview that included a Microsoft Office aptitude test. The test was very difficult, and I can't imagine that I answered more than 50% of the questions correctly, but they still accepted me. The interviewer was an HR rep, and he was very nice and made the interview into a conversation.

Question 1
The most difficult part of the interview by far was the Microsoft Office Test. They really did a full comprehensive analysis of my skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook and I was very unprepared for this. I handled myself alright in Word and Excel due to frequent use of the programs throughout high school and in college, but I had never used Outlook before and my test certainly reflected that.
