I was hired straight out of college. I was interviewed by 4 people. A team lead, a team manager, and 2 senior managers. The interview questions were all purely behavioral questions. There was no technical qusetions whatsoever. They did not even care about my technical strengths and weaknesses. Behavior question after behavior question.
Answer all questions using the "STAR" format.
Make sure when you answer the question, you always use the word "I" instead of "we"... apparently HR at LM thinks that engineering is not a team effort.
