I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Nov 2019
Interview
Multiple candidates are invited to an interview event. You're in a room with other candidates while interviewing, however the interview itself is still one-on-one. The interview consisted of basic behavioral questions that are answered in STAR format. No technical questions were asked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a mistake made on a project, how was it resolved, and what was it's impact on the project?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Mainly asked about why I chose my major, why I chose Lockheed and a few questions about my experience with my internship and research projects. Lastly, I asked a few questions about the process and why the interviewer likes Lockheed Martin and what they do.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I lived local to the location I applied, so I did not attend the typical hiring event. I had a 1 on 2 interview with 2 managers that lasted roughly 30 minutes. The first 10 minutes was them "pitching" the company and telling me about some of the things this specific group did.
There were no technical questions. Just STAR questions.
