Firstly a standard HR phone interview. Nothing challenging at all, just what do you know and what do you want to do etc. Second interview was a face to face with Engineering and relevant parties. One of the best interviews I have had. They don't ask stupid competency questions, rather tailor it to what you've done and what they do on site. E.g. I got asked how I would begin to stabilise a helicopter (answer is gyros, accelerometers and building a 6dof model etc). Then we spent half an hour talking about cars!

Applied online, revived phone call a few weeks later inviting to interview. Interview day in Havant consisted of a group task, around 5/6 people per group, an interview and 2 tours. Interview was 2:1, and lasted about 45 minutes. Within a week received a call with job offer.
