Great, It was a fairly average interview with a few questions regarding my personal life and some basic questions regarding what I hope to gain from working at Lockheed Martin and how I will contribute my time as a CWEP employee/intern.

What do you hope to work on while at Lockheed Martin?
Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

Tell me about a time you solved a challenging engineewring problem,
There were 2 interviewers, one manager, and a Systems Engineer Lead. There were 4 STAR Method questions. Within each question, they would get into some technical questions and go over the resume as well
Well organized and thoughtful interview. I prepared using the provided interview guide but should have spent more time preparing answers for how my former experience aligned with the job posting. Managers were not overly friendly, however, I could tell the team was not the correct fit for my personality.
