I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (New York, NY) in Apr 2020
Interview
A few questions about my resume followed by a breakdown of my classes. It was fairly simple, no technical questions were asked except for my proficiency in code. Afterwards, I was given the opportunity to talk with the team about what they do and what's expected of me. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
My interview was strictly behavioral and was done by the senior manager of my team. They honestly didn’t ask anything super technical just the usual follow ups on the contents of my resume. It was honestly pretty easy all things considered.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
The interview was very laid back. They explained what I would work on as a Systems Engineer. It was more of a discussion than an interview. It seemed like the manager was trying to sell me the job.
