Lockheed Martin Engineer interview questions

Very few behavior questions and interviewer was nice. He was genuinely looking for a good fit for the team instead of just asking a bunch of questions. Make sure you know your resume and are ready with an elevator speech.

Started with a 30 minute call with direct manager. That went well, so then an hour long Skype call with 4 other managers. No peers or other team members which would have been informative. Lots of paperwork to fill out many times over.
