Applied online to open positions. Eventually a recruiter called me to discuss the job over the phone. I was then invited for an interview on-site a couple weeks later. During the on-site interview, I met with software team managers to discuss job role and responsibilities plus my personal school/work experience.

What java projects have you done for school or on your own time?
This was my first interview and the interview were a one round of phone call which was mainly consisting behavioral questions, case study questions, and problem-solving questions. The interviewer was very nice and helpful.
