Apply on line . Make sure your resume is identical to the job description on the job posting. Wait approximately 6 months for LM to contact you. You may be required to take a mechanical ability test. LM will contact you with a test time and testing location in your area. Don’t be late for the test. Upon completion of the test and a passing score, you will be contacted by LM with a job offer. I received no interview for the position. The job offer is contingent upon a passing drug test and background check.

I put in for the job, got an interview over the phone. It was more of a conversation of my resume and two days later signed my offer letter.
