The interview process is very formal and scripted and is was competency based. There were 3 or 4 competencies and standard questions were asked which were within those competencies. Probing questions were then asked with the opportunity to ask questions at the end,

Meeting with line manager and HR via Teams. HR asked values based questions. Very short meeting - just a half hour slot and not many questions on my experience. The only thing they are interested in is demonstrating their values.

First two rounds went smooth and after that they said final round and they have called office in knowledge city and waited me for more than 2 hours they have called for an interview and informed that it is a casual round before heading interviewing with CLO but they have not contacted me. I was ok with the rejection but the communication with the people is really bad and the HR team is the worst.
