The interview process left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. My interview was rescheduled multiple times over several weeks, with little explanation or transparency. Communication felt inconsistent, and I was often left waiting for updates or confirmations.
During my first-stage interview, I was told that interviews were being conducted on a rolling basis as candidates passed screening. That gave me the impression that the role might not have had a firm hiring timeline. This feeling was reinforced when I found out interviews were still being scheduled the same week mine had been postponed.
After I raised my concerns via email, the response I received felt impersonal and didn’t address the key issues I had mentioned. At that point, I no longer felt like a strong candidate and chose to withdraw from the process.
It was disappointing, as I had been genuinely excited about the company based on what I’d read about its culture online.
