Leroy Merlin interview questions

5 entretiens : - 1 premier avec le manager du poste concerné - 1 second avec la RH du département - 1 troisième avec le manager du manager - 1 quatrième avec le directeur du département - 1 dernier avec le directeur financier de l'entreprise Les entretiens ont été regroupés pour ne m'imposer que 2 déplacements. Par ailleurs, ceux ci ont été organisés très rapidement ce qui est très appréciable. J'ai eu l'honneur de rencontrer des personnes haut placées et ce, dans le but de trouver le poste qui me correspondrait le mieux dans le département de l'entreprise.

I did only one interview because the job hunter said my profile did not match the job opening. They try to match my profile and salary expecatations to other vacancies but they said my salary expectations were too high and it would be difficult for me to find a job (maybe in the retail sector but after some weeks I found a perfect job matching my salary expectations)
