Hasta entrar solo hubo una entrevista, con el jefe de personal de ese centro, duro una media hora donde primero me entrevisto y luego ya me fue explicando las condiciones.

Interview
I still have an unpleasant feeling after my interview with Leroy Merlin. My experience consisted of only one stage, during which the interviewer attempted to cover all the rounds that are typically divided into three separate stages by other companies.
During the initial call, which began in Spanish, switched to English, and then reverted to Spanish, I was not only asked about my experience, why I wanted to work there, and what specifically attracted me to the position, but also about challenges I had faced and how I had overcome them using the STAR method. And that wasn't all. The interviewer then proceeded to a role-play scenario. I was surprised that this happened during the first call but continued until the "potential client" started asking about delivery methods, collaboration, and payment options. Naturally, I had not received any prior email detailing what to prepare for the interview, and I had no idea that I would be required to engage in role-play during the initial call.
Additionally, I was informed that this would be followed by an interview with a recruiter, then with a manager, and subsequently two or three more interviews. Moreover, the interview lasted an hour instead of the designated 45 minutes.
In summary, if you are genuinely interested in this company, be prepared for a process that extends over several weeks. They seem more focused on placing you in stressful situations from the very first interview rather than getting to know you as a person and understanding your skills.
If they get back to me, it will be a NO from me.
