Invited to an online interview. Scheduled a slot. Recruiter never appeared. Nobody responded to my email inquiring the reasons. Avoid this organisation. There is no respect whatsoever to the candidate. Terrible candidate experience the negatively affects employee branding as well as (do not forget) apart for being a potential customer I am an HR Professional with more than 15 years experience and have a huge network of people to whom I share my experiences with.
