I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Leonardo in Mar 2015
Interview
Face to Face interview, phone interview, straight forward meeting with employer which was a casual sit down chat getting to know each other and learning about the position. Manager was straight forward and spoke about the company goals. Best to be honest and ask many questions regarding the workplace and job description.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leonardo (Yeovil, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
Initial communication was via a 3rd party who set up the interview. The interview had a clear structure with the emphasis on my experiance rather than qualifications. The managers hosting the interview made me feel at ease and made the interview seem like more of a "get to know each other" session. I left smiling and feeling positive and had an offer for the position two weeks later.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leonardo (Campi Bisenzio) in Jul 2015
Interview
They first contacted me via phone. The Human Resource employee said that Leonardo offered many open positions but, even if asked, she didn't specify any of them. The next step is a face to face interview with HR and technical staff. No one was able to tell me which was the open position for which they contacted me until the very end of the process.
The Human Resources look incredibly disorganized.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
After saying a lot of numbers about Leonardo and how they are great and cool (without providing any proof, and lying as I discovered later), they made the typical questions of an interview such as "why you like Leonardo, how do you see yourself in 10 years, etc".
