A very easy, almost informal interview. I sat around a table with 4 people asking me the basic questions you get at every interview you ever go to. While the easygoing environment made it easier to ask and answer questions during the interview, it also (without knowing it at the time) was a glimpse into the type of work environment I'd be joining.
