30 min pre- recorded video interview followed by a virtual face to face interview. I applied in November and had my interview mid January. It took about 35 to 40 minutes.

Question 1

When sorting a date for my interview, I was told I would have to do a 15 minute presentation and that questions would all be competency based (no technical). I was not asked to do my presentation which I spent a lot of time on, and most questions were of a technical nature, of which I had not prepared for because I was told that they would not be asked in this interview.

Fissato un appuntamento con l'Azienda. Oltre ad HR, sono presenti manager di svariate funzioni, oltre che della progettazione. Presentazione generale del mio profilo, dalla quale scaturisce la prima domanda e poi quelle a seguire. Si apprezza il ragionamento per arrivare alla risposta, al di là della correttezza in se stessa. Richieste aspettative su retribuzione e presentata proposta di inquadramento da responsabile HR.
