Leonardo interview questions

Screening call with the VP of HR. He had asked questions around my experience with D&I, roles that I have recruited for, managing stakeholders, using data to change hiring teams decisions. Nothing challenging very standard questions for when you are interviewing for a senior position. Surprisingly he had explained that the recruitment function is very chaotic, they can hire grads but struggle to secure mid+ level people to the business. Also, the organisation organisation does not see the recruitment function as a partner which is one of their biggest challenges at the moment. Have not received feedback from my interview which is very disappointing. No wonder they struggle to secure good talent!

Very positive and honest. Would go back again if circumstances were to change. More remote work flexibility would be beneficial. Good benefits and lots of opportunities for training. Options for further progression
