I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Leonardo in Dec 2021
Interview
Standard online assessments, followed by a final 90 minute interview over zoom with the manager of the role and an independent interviewer from a different department. Questions were all very standard and interesting, proposing job scenarios and asking how I would approach them etc
Interview questions [1]

Interview
Recorded online interview in January 2025, which I believe was the first stage of their interview process and leads to a face-to-face interview if successful. Relatively straightforward and easy to use system, allowing for multiple attempts at recording each answer with time to prepare in between attempts and questions. Questions are fairly common motivational and competency-based questions common in these types of interview.
Unfortunately, I have received no updates in nearly 2 months since submitting my responses for the recorded interview so cannot comment on later stages.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Leonardo (Edimburgo, Escocia) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview started with a presentation on a project I worked on followed by a "competency-based" section, meaning they asked you to describe an experience where you did x. I found this much better and more enjoyable than the standard format.

Interview
Online interview, handful of prompts and 2 minute video response. The cues were fairly predictable and there was lots to talk about. Test questions were available which helped warmup for the interview.
