Online situational and aptitude tests then two day assessment centre including site tour, essay assignment, group task, project presentation and final interview. Mine was 3 months ago and I still haven't been told whether I got the job or not, despite having been assured we would hear back within 2 weeks. I called back to ask what was going on and was told that they "hadn't made a decision yet". So much for a company that harps on about valuing its employees and treating people right etc.

Screening questions - Automated video interview with around 4/5 behavioural questions. The questions were what you would expect, so it was not so difficult and it also gave you time to prepare and re record answers up to 3 times you didnt like.
