Leidos Software Engineer interview questions

Initial phone screen for eligibility, then a behavioral interview about Software Engineering experiences from the past with the hiring manager and in which I described my past experiences, overall pretty relaxed and nothing to stress too much about.

Phone interview with hiring manager, followed by on-site panel interview with three engineers. The panel asked me about my past experiences and a few technical questions as well as some common behavioral questions. Pros: Friendly people, treat you like an individual rather than a checklist, questions weren't too difficult, nice location Cons: Hiring manager was absent that day, didn't get the job
