It went well. My interviewers were very kind to me and made me feel like my interview was important to them. They tested me on basic data structures/algorithms knowledge (e.g. What is the time complexity of adding an element to a Hash Set?)

Question 1
Q: What is the time complexity of searching a Hash Set?
Q: What does the const keyword do in C++
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (New York, NY)
Interview
Got a second interview which was a one on one video only I was the only one with video on. Not sure if the hiring manager was lazy or was trying to use it as some sort of power move but it ultimately came off as creepy. Got ghosted after that with no response or feedback from the company even after reaching out and found out through signing into their site to find out I got declined. Since then the positions have gone back up several times in the past 2 months (I keep getting recommended the new postings on job sites) so either they don't know how to fill them or can't fill them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos in Nov 2021
Interview
It starts with a general information session with 40+ candidates. 5 questions each from 2 different interviewers from different departments. Some are the same while some are different. No technical questions.
