It is a technical interview, and depending on who is selected to interview you, could mean a variety of different types of questions. And dependant on how you answer those questions, could .Ean getting hired or not. After the interview, the interviewer is supposed to make notes and pass those notes on as accurate as possible. If that person doesn't take notes or anything is misconstrued, then it may be possible that the actual hiring manager passes you over. You may be well qualified, but if what is inputted in the system or what's passed on is missing some things, then its more then likely that you won't hear from anyone.
