I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Rochester, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
Starts with an email with pre-screening questions to answer then waited a week or two before being connected with a recruiter who scheduled a 30-minute phone call. The phone call started by reviewing your resume and telling a different recruiter and team lead about yourself that then transitions into some technical questions about Java and other programming knowledge.
