Applied on company website. After 1 month requiter contacted with me trying to schedule initial interview regards completely different positions. When I mentioned that I didn't applied to these positions, she said that I applied to DevOps Chief Engineer via 3rd party website so I'm not in their system. I provided screenshot from Leidos Career portal as a proof that all what I made was correct and I applied directly to Leidos. At that point, I decided to not go further as this hiring process looks like a joke.
I applied online. I interviewed at Leidos in Mar 2023
Interview
First initial interaction with Recruiter: Recruiter emails intake consisting of multiple questions about the job itself and salary requirement. Recruiter then calls the same day to go over questionnaire and answers. Leidos does not focus on the impact of candidate but focuses on salary, if you move forward to Hiring Manager. I was called the next day and told I will not be moving forward due to the salary I proposed. Recruiter was pushing for no more than mid 80k. Must be a typo on the job posting: "$54,600.00 - $84,000.00 - $113,400.00." Disappointing all around. It's not about the impact you can have at Leidos or about your career dev. I do appreciate the transparency...

Question 1
Do you have experience in content management systems, specifically Kentico, and use of Atlassian tools, i.e. JIRA?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Leidos in Feb 2023
Interview
I first was introduced to a recruiter in person, and we spoke for a little while and then I was set up for an online interview. The interview was 15 minutes over Microsoft Teams, and you had 3 electrical engineers ask questions.
