"Completely Ghosted…. I was not interviewed by phone by the recruiter before being set up to interview directly with the hiring manager Jan 22 while on vacation. I was told I would get a response the following week as this was an immediate hire, and that I would know the status within that timeframe only to find that the position was reposted and still no response or feedback from the recruiter. Sent a thank you email and subsequent follow up emails with no response as of 2/21/24,. Jobseekers: It is very important to understand that we evaluate the companies we seek to work for as well. Please ask more questions, know your value proposition, and most importantly do your best research."
