The interview process was probably the worst I've ever experienced. It started out with me being invited to a "career fair". When I showed up at the time I was scheduled for, it was not any sort of fair. I waited an hour and a half past the agreed upon time. I was pulled into a little room and had a personality sort of interview that lasted about 10 minutes. I was given a fake offer letter, that said it was contingent with a second round of interviews. During my second interview, which was for a networking position, I was not asked a single question that was relevant to networking. When I asked them about their network infrastructure at the end of the interview, it became apparent they had no idea what they were talking about. I asked what sort of network devices they used. They just kept mentioning servers. When I mentioned Cisco and Juniper, they said "Oh, that stuff is used by our maintenance team, which is separate". The interview process ended over a month ago, and I have not received any sort of feedback since.
