I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Leidos (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2016
Interview
Fairly laid back, the interview was in more of a discussion format than a formally structured question and response format. After the interview I was given a tour of the facility and offered the position in person. After hearing back from HR I had to complete a background check, employment/college verification, and drug screen and didn't get my "formal" acceptance until 3 months after the interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Scheduled a call shortly after to discuss the opportunity and an online coding challenge. I was informed that the questions would involve Java, however when I took the challenge it had an SQL question. The job description nor the lady on the phone had told me that SQL or database knowledge was needed for the challenge, however I tried to do the best that I could on it. Java question was easy and they pretty much wanted to see if you knew how class inheritance. worked. Didn't get any contact after the coding challenge.

Interview
Very smooth interview process. Initial application, followed by phone screening and final interview. Everything was very clear and well laid out, and all information related to the position was presented well before the final interview. Overall, it was a very smooth and well-run process that made the entire process as seamless as it could be.
