I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Leidos (Boston, MA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Phone interview, very simple process to review my resume and discuss what I was looking for for future contracts. Since this is a travel position most of the time, there was discussion about your desire to travel and how often. Since they hire consultants from many different medical software background there were no major technical questions. They are basically looking to boost their numbers. If you don't get a contract they'll let you go.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name 3 weaknesses your coworkers would like describe for you? (I'm used to only having to answer 1 weakness so I was not prepared with 3)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Melbourne) in Apr 2017
Interview
Online application, cognitive test, video interview and finishing with a face to face interview with the graduate talent acquisition lead and IT program manager.
The video interview was quite hard. 20 second preparation from showing the question and 2 minutes talking time with no repeating.
After roughly 1 week after the video interview submission, Leidos contacted me saying I reached the next stage.
Interview was enjoyable and interviewers were very approachable and relaxed.

Question 1
Leidos is all about innovation, how have you shown innovation in a past experience.
Just a Phone Interview. Very typical interview and the interviewer was very helpful. He gave me hints if I got stuck o something. They really look for how well you communicate and your fundamentals.
