I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Washington, DC) in May 2017
Interview
I first had a conversation with someone in HR confirming my eligibility for the job and then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then I interviewed with the team that I would be working with. All were professional and the questions were fair.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Leidos (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2017
Interview
This was the worst interview experience I have ever had. I was essentially interrogated by five men for 30 minutes that did not seem interested in any of my qualifications or relevant work experience. I was asked questions about skills that I did not claim to have and a couple of my answers were openly scoffed at. I’m upset that they wasted my time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Harrisburg, PA) in May 2013
Interview
Exchanged emails to arrange the interview, met relatively briefly with the interviewer (<30 minutes), and left certain I had blown it (didn't have some of the specific details they asked about fresh in my head), so afterward I called to tell the friend who let me know about the job that I had failed. "Don't worry about it, I went through exactly the same thing -- it's fine" he said, and sure enough I was offered the job.
