I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Leidos (Suffolk, VA)
Interview
I had applied for a different position, but a recruiter contacted me. I completed a survey type form and then interviewed with two people on-site. The people who interviewed me were socially awkward and underdressed. I would’ve been working with both, and I left feeling like I didn’t want the job. Everyone I saw leaving the building looked really...homely, for lack of a better word- lots of jeans, sloppy clothing, and an overall lack of “put togetherness” if you will. I was not impressed and they did not make me feel like it was a place in which I’d enjoy working. The questions were very easy but conversation did not flow.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online after hearing about them at a University Career Fair. They contacted me about a month later to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was with two current software engineers there and the internship manager. All of them were super nice and had good questions. Heard back from them about a week later with an offer.
The people there seemed very nice and very well adapted to the work, but I took a different offer.

Interview
First there was a phone interview and then one in person. I met the manager and two more people from the group and asked me several technical questions.
