Leidos interview questions

The process was rather easy. I applied on Indeed. A recruiter contacted me and asked me to respond in essay format to some questions about the job. From there, I got a phone interview which was more of a quick conversation about my interest in the field. Then there was the in person at the job site. Thiswas an interview panel. The questions were easy interview questions. In total the interview lasted about 45 minutes. I got an offer and the background process started which normally lasts about 2 months because the position is contracted through the government.

I was interviewed by my direct manager and a few of scientific team leaders. With the Team Leaders it was more of a general discussion on my background. Direct manager asked more specific questions about my work experience.
