They hired a consulting agency to do the hiring process but I was interviewed by engineers from Leidos. They were very nice and up front with everything they had to offer.

Question 1
Was there a time in your experience where you had a disagreement with a coworker?
Easy interview, mostly behavioral with some questions about previous experience with CAD. Should be 3 interviewers and the interview process lasted about an hour. One behavior question was what three traits make a good engineer.

Asked me basic questions about my resume and projects. Described what the company does and explained what my day to day would be like. Asked about my future career goals.
