It was pretty straight-forward. The questions were not very technical. I was mostly asked to describe my job history, how I thought I would fit in with the company, what I would like to make. Fairly simple as far as interviews go. There was no skills test, no personality test. I was called at random, asked a few brief questions about my availability and scheduled for an interview. At the actual interview, it felt more like a negotiation meeting than an interview. As soon as we began, I felt like I was going to be offered the position, I just needed to negotiate my compensation.
