Interview
The interview process was straight forward and nothing unexpected, in general the questions asked probed at past experiences and skills related to the field. There was a heavy emphasis on the company values when asking STAR, so that should be a priority when revising.

Where was a time you used innovation to improve your experience?
Pretty standard interview behavioural questions but they do prod at what applications and languages you know for the technical part, more than I've experienced for a grad interview before. Also a little intimidating because there are 4 interviewers. But overall very friendly, structured interview.

Interview
The first screening is a one-way Vervoe interview containing a few long-form text behavioural questions and two video interview questions. You can take as much time as you want when answering the questions. There is also a complete later button, so you are not forced to complete it in one sitting.

The interview process was very chill, it was a panel interview started off with motivational questions and then moved onto 2 behavioural questions, broad technical questions about tech stacks what technology you know and ended with a system design question
