Interview
HR sends you an email about an application you submitted and asks when you're available to talk. You respond and then never hear from them again. You also get no response about other applications. I've never seen such an unresponsive recruiting team.
Simple and just general coding questions. Prepare knowledge of Java and PL/SQL. Understanding of Agile and Scrum. Understanding how to create Jar and Wars. Using TortoiseSVN. Security questions. General coding and developer questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Leidos (Melbourne)
Interview
Technical interview was hard but fair. All was well until we got into the HR questions. HR and psychometric interview questions straight out of ChatGPT. Some not relevant at all.
There was one round with the hiring manager and developers on the team. Questions were asked on the microsoft stack - Angular and .NET. The questions were mostly based on my resume.
