Interview
The process took about 4 weeks. I applied online on Leidos website and I got an email from the recruiter asking me to fill few questionnaires , including what time I was available for an interview. Few days later I got an email for an interview at their office in Washington DC. The interview lasted about an hour. They started with asking questions about my resume and the work I have done so far. Then they asked me few technical questions and after that asked me if I have any questions for them. I was interviewed by two people even though the email said there are going to be four people.

Interview
Technical interview was hard but fair. All was well until we got into the HR questions. HR and psychometric interview questions straight out of ChatGPT. Some not relevant at all.
There was one round with the hiring manager and developers on the team. Questions were asked on the microsoft stack - Angular and .NET. The questions were mostly based on my resume.
