I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Leidos (Reston, VA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Pretty easy just a phone call. Had another job offer so after the phone call I called them back and said I needed a response and they got back to me a few hours later and offered me a better deal
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They essentially just asked me what is your experience in Computer Science
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos in Apr 2016
Interview
I sent in my resume and cover letter and was contacted a few days later, to schedule a phone interview. It was within half an hour, and I was mostly asked about my previous work/research experiences and questions I had about the project, and what I was interested in working on. I was very surprised when I was contacted a couple weeks later with an offer, because I thought there would have been another interview or technical test. It could have just been my manager though, because I know that another intern had a panel of interviewers in person, so I guess it varies.

Question 1
Talk about your past research experience.
Why are you interested in working on this project? Is there a particular part you want to work on?

Interview
Meet on site for a single one-on-one interview with an engineer. Not technical, relatively relaxed. No quiz style questions. Respond with an offer/rejection much faster than many other companies.
