Initially sent an email questionnaire, followed by a phone interview, and then a half-day in-person event. Everyone involved was friendly and made the process a lot more enjoyable than at other gov/military contractors.

I was asked to go into further detail about my experience and education over email before I was scheduled for an in-person interview. When I arrived for my interview, the department manager and supervisor conducted the interview. The questions were your typical interview questions but sort of rapid fire and it was tough to keep up with. The supervisor spoke very quickly like they were nervous as well and it made it tough to understand what was being asked.
