I applied online. I interviewed at Leclerc (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2017
Interview
Online application process was standard and not difficult. It didn't take long from time of online application to receive a phone call from the Phoenix Plant HR Manager. She asked if we could schedule a formal phone interview and the date and time was established. Everything seemed good up to this point. On the date and time of the scheduled phone interview, the HR Manager was 15 minutes late to call and wasn't well organized. She attempted to put me on speaker phone and hung the phone up by mistake. The questions were outdated, cookie cutter and the HR Manager had absolutely no energy and personality. At this point it felt like we were just going through the motions and I couldn't wait for it to end. If anyone at Leclerc reads this, you are doing your business and many others a disservice by having an outdated and unmotivated HR Manager screening your candidates. You most likely missed out on some amazing people by having her lead the process.

Interview
Flew in from out of state, travel confirmation was provided 3 days before travel. Company representative was to pick me up at the hotel, arrived 20 minutes late due to lack of communication on who was to pick me up. Once arrived at the facility, the lobby presented well, plant security, keypad access CCTV. Company provided GMP PPE for the tour, the plant is very automated with very few employees on the floor. Lines were down, mechanical breakdown, boxes on the floor, product on the floor, employees bounced around from line to line as needed. The plant was clean, but a little disorganized and inefficient with all the rework, they could benefit from a right the first time KPI. After being given a tour by the current Plant Manager who will be promoted to Director of HR we returned to the front office and conference room. The front office area looks vacant, it gives the impression that the company isn't established or can't fund office furniture, not a good impression for visitors or customers. My tour of the facility was from 8-9am and we returned to the conference room on schedule. We had a Skype video conference call planned at 9am, but the Phoenix personnel couldn't coordinate a Skype video chat with multiple locations, this caused a delay in our interview process by 15-20 minutes. This was another incident that did not leave a good impression. By the time the Skype call was connected, I had made up my mind that this opportunity was not for me.
