Learning Care interview questions

I was first screened by a recruiter. She did a phone screen, ran a background check andt contacted my references. I was interviewed with a DM one on one. Lastly I had a final interview with two DMs and the Division Vice President in a group setting.

Initial one on one interview was very detailed and pleasant overall, lots of questions about experience and education - questions about goals short term and long term as well as education goals - toured school and classes, discussed curriculum and behavior expectations in great detail - discussed history of program and longevity of employees
