First interview was technical with Engineers from dev/test teams. The second one is with the HR team. The questions were practical, they focus on problem solving skills and communication skills. The overall process is smooth but a bit long.

The process was applicant friendly and not stressful at all. the GD process (which was round 1) was based on current affairs and went smoothly because of the moderator's deftness at conducting a good GD. then there were Personal Interaction rounds, which go on for quite a long time, but honestly, they are a lot of fun. the candidate can get to be his/her absolute candid self without the fear of biased judgement. the interviewers are strict professionals and act by the company's guidelines only. without letting their personal opinions come into play, which makes the process really fair.

It consisted of HR and technical questions.questions on projects were asked.HR questions were about extra curricular activities etc.overall experience was good.q uestions on theory of machines,thermodynamics,ic engine etc. were asked.
