Hi , everyone Hope you are in final year of B.tech in your college . i am sharing about INTERVIEW PROCESS of L&t construction mainly of CIVIL engineering (who are NEXT AFTER GOD for creating the new ADVANCED infrastructure world). i am dividing whole process in Stages: Stage 1: You will be shortlisted in college like TOP 40 or TOP 20 or TOP 10 or even may be TOP 5 as per your college status in L&t"s preference list who will be applying for various interview rounds . Stage 2 : Actually its Round 1 : where 111 questions of ENGLISH And QUANTITATIVE type will be asked to answer in online mode exam within 80 mins . suggestion : try to attempt all questions in good speed with accuracy , the questions are medium in level . For english solve INDIA BIX and for QUANTITATIVE solve R s agarwal . Round 2 : you will be shortlisted for PI from 1st Round as per your score yes , i felt there was some minimum cutoff in our Test only those people got shortlisted for PI who crossed that cutoff. At first it goes with the Resume shortlisting following with Group discussion and last with personnel Interview and after shortlisting of the candidate the documents were verified and the joining letter was provided.
