On-campus hiring in IIT, resume was selected among first 5 candidates and called 3rd.
2 guys sitting asking questions both HR and technical. Interview process was quite cool since I was in the first 5 candidates, but for the guys who were in last, it was quite time-consuming since they had to stay there for the entire day. Nevertheless, one of the guys in the last 5 also got selected so, I think it depends more upon your attitude and answers.
