The interview shortlist was based on performance in the Online test. Management trainee interviews consist of 2 rounds of Technical and HR.HR interview will be grilling and very personality intensive questions will be asked.Current affairs need also be prepared.

Interview
The recruitment team shortlisted candidates based on their resumes. Interviews followed. Only a single round of interviews took place for the final selection. Both HR and Technical rounds were combined into a single 30-45 minutes interview. There was a panel comprising of three people. Due to the pandemic, the interview was taken online.

They started off by asking me for my introduction. Some questions were asked about my resume also.
They asked some technical questions about my favorite subjects (which I had previously mentioned in my introduction).
The last part of the interview was where the interviewer would give you a random topic and ask you to speak for two minutes.
Aptitude, verbal, Logical test and technical interview and final HR interview.
Technical interview was detailed one regarding my basics and then towards pre final year and final project. They didn't concentrate more on intern related questions. HR was easy round.
