4 rounds of interview which involves 3 rounds of technical interview and 1 round of management and HR rounds. The round goes with 2 interviews taken by L&T and 1 round by client. if selected one can move to final round.

First I received an email that there is an opportunity in L&T. I applied and the lady from consultancy called and arranged interview. After the first call she started to call again and again like a telemarketer to confirm the date and insisted to sms when I start and then after reaching location. In the last call, she said this is L&T manufacturing and not L&T infotech. I also noticed that they cleverly mentioned only L&T. Then she said work culture will be very different from IT (like they have uniforms) and there is a bond. I agreed and then in the office there was written test, this is the first time I see this kind of process for an experienced ERP interview. After that they called and a middle aged person greeted me. He asked couple of questions and most of them were about the business process than SAP. Whenever I turn deep into SAP he started to ask common questions. Quite often I noticed him getting arrogant like when I use wrong words to explain. He also said I should not leave the company any time sooner if I join and said this is not exactly functional job but more like support job (In the email they mentioned clearly as implementation). I was like RUN
