good experience but technically sound person required to them so I have that 3 years of experience and they are asking for a person who knows how a management works in an organization means what is the flow of command from senior level to junior or whole management tree to be described of an well working organization to them.

The first round was an aptitude test followed by a technical test on civil engineering. The final round was the interview. The aptitude test and technical test was of moderate difficulty.
