Interview
There were initially a Aptitude and Technical Test. The students who cleared were called for their Group Discussion same being a non-elimination and there was a combined Technical and HR round. The questions were mainly technical and are basic questions just to test your knowledge level. Main thing is be well versed in your basics. You can easily clear the interview provided you have done your homework properly. The staff at L&T was very good and very helpful and the interview panel made you at ease. Probably was the best company to care for the freshers

Comfortable. Giving time to answer after every question. Also giving hints. Started with introduction, questions on internships and core and ends with basic hr questions and asked about our area of interest.
