Phone call interview was ok. But the second round of interview where you have to come down to their office was bad. The people who interviewed me clearly ask me questions base on her working experience with a designer and not necessarily knows how a designer works. Ask dumb questions, like, why should we hire you..? Because you are hiring and im looking for a job? Bruh. Ask smart questions pls. Even when they ask questions asking me about my work, i can really tell they catch no balls. After the interview they just ghost me. Not very nice tbh.

Question 1
Why should we hire you, why are you better than the rest.
Recruiter was very well versed with the JD and was able to answer my questions that other recruiters have deemed too 'technical'. Overall everyone was friendly, I was tasked to do a case study but did not have to do a presentation. However, it was apparent hiring manager went through the case i've created and I was given a chance to casually go through the case.

They asked me, “Can you walk us through a project where you solved a complex problem using data?” — a chance to showcase analytical thinking, tools used, and impact made.
