Lalamove interview questions

I interviewed in July and there were total 3 rounds of interviews and 1 technical challenge. First round is a standard phone interview by the recruiter, and then they told me to finish the technical challenge they provided. After finished and reviewed, I were asked to have a face-to-face interview and there were 2 rounds of interview at that day. Since they are using PHP as their programming language, I had prepared some PHP related stuff before the interview. However, they didnt ask any of it at all and instead they focused on asking me about the API performance and monitoring tool which I think I did not answer quite well. I think they are looking for a person which excel at both coding and SRE.

It was quite an unprofessional and time-wasting experience. The interviewer called me just to gauge why I wanted to join the position. I mean I went all the way there just to answer this question. Couldn't this have been done over the phone itself? Then she told me that she wanted someone with more experience in the domain. After writing detailed assignments, she expects to find someone with more experience in the domain. So, why even bother considering at the first place and waste the interviewee's time and money?
